Listen, I have my photo on MySpace in black and white, but you keep your eyes on the color of the son. Is there a way to do this, with Pain Shop Pro 9?
I would really like to know! Or tell me a program that runs on Windows XP, how I could do!

I think they want to take the first black and white. Save it as a separate image and then painted over the eye color. Or use layers of learning to the program ... just me
I think you can use Picasa from Google
open image.
Duplicate of the image.
doubling the picture black and white.
Take the eraser and erase the parts that you want to color.
and after the melting layer. and WA-la!
