After years of little underweight, I finally took 20 pounds. Unfortunately, I have included obesity as part of a regular diet of beer and pizza college was. I had never before breast () B-day, but I and my new hip.

Unfortunately, the fat distribution is automatically done by the body .. this is not the way to a good fat (chest) to maintain and lose the bad fat (belly). But what I offer either. I hear you. I went from a super slim 101.5 with 8% body fat, tri-athletes who want to support the extra 10 pounds. I could not bear it, well the stomach, but then I forgot. The belly is the worst of the muscles of the story. Even when I coached, I had to keep, looking all day for 13 pack abs. I went back to this and allow me to say my chest and back, not belly. Keep a certain position. Squats and abs you can do everything you want, but they argue that if you are, one can much better.
