How can i start a recycling program in my town? (Clinton, UT)? - disposable garbage cans
I have two children under 3 years and concerns about the impact of my family is on the environment - disposable diapers, baby food and a variety of garbage, cans, bottles, etc. and try to reduce, to reuse as much as possible, but I wish that there is a recycling program in which I live! There are containers for recycling the newspaper or phone book in the local school, but that's all. My neighborhood seems far behind in this respect. How can I add my city council do something about it!

Next Town Meeting on you.
Contact your waste management program in your community. Go to local government to a town meeting, please contact the local media, newspapers, radio and television into a "green" story to make. They say talk with local schools and businesses to support their idea of recycling - Ask them to create their own way of recycling - the media that their efforts, and people in contact with the environment and come to Govt . Under the ground, you can hear, but no action. . . But if you talk more. . . then they can take note and act!
Hey, I live in Clinton, too! Try to recycling centers in the region, I found your question! I have the office of the city a while ago and asked him what it has to allocate for them to be recycled. Did you mean? He said we should go to the next city council meeting and ask them, but I could not last. We must unite to discover! Probably need a certain number of signatures of citizens who actually use the recycle bin. Feel free to e-mail me, let's do it! Cheryl_newbold AT hotmail.com
